Personnel changes (Sano, Royall)

Associate Professor C. P. Royall of the Soft Matter Engineering Laboratory resigned from the Department on the 30th of September, 2017 and moved to the University of Bristol as a Reader on the 1st of October, 2017.

Associate Professor Noriaki Sano was promoted to the full professor of the Separation Engineering Laboratory on Oct. 1st, 2017.
